Answer 15 quick questions in under ten minutes about your brand, target audience, and preferences. Provide your logo, images, and any must-haves—then leave the rest to us.

Step 4

We Get to Work

We craft your high-converting emails—custom design, persuasive copy, mobile-friendly formatting. Delivery typically within 3–5 business days. Followed by a review & revise period (if needed).

Step 5

Hit Send & Convert

Once approved, we’ll deliver your final emails in Figma—neatly organized into frames for easy replication in your email platform. Or, if you selected the build-out option, we’ll upload them directly to Klaviyo or Mailchimp for you. Either way, you’re ready to hit send!

  • Most projects are delivered within 3–5 business days (5 Core Flows Package/12 Email Campaigns 7-10 business days) after the direction and assets are finalized. We value speed without sacrificing quality.

  • Once approved, we’ll deliver your final emails in Figma, neatly organized into frames so you can easily copy and recreate them in your email platform. If you chose the build-out option at checkout, we’ll handle that part for you—by uploading the emails directly into your Klaviyo or Mailchimp account. Simple and seamless either way.

  • We offer at least one revision round for all packages to ensure you’re happy with the final product. Need more? We’re flexible.
